Equipment rental periods, delivery and collection: prepare your Kyusen quotation
Kyusen accepts daily, weekly, monthly and longer-project rental enquiries from Puchong, Selangor. Start with the job, location and proposed dates, then agree the actual equipment, model-specific rate, transport and responsibilities in the quotation.
Planning a project?
Share the job, location and dates. Add the hire period if renting.
You can enquire before choosing a model. Technical details can follow.
Start with a short rental brief
You can contact Kyusen before a model has been chosen. Use the rental equipment categories to find the relevant enquiry, or discuss several machinery types together. Start with:
- Job and equipment: what the machine needs to do; add a model only if specified.
- Location and timing: site area, proposed start/finish dates and quantity.
- Transport: delivery or collection preference, with access photos when available.
Add daily operating hours, project requirements and accessories during the discussion. Use the period checks, full-cost checklist and category package questions to complete the brief. Share missing details as unknown rather than guessing them; the written proposal confirms the unit, availability and terms.
Choose the hire period and the actual model together
A week of equipment hire and a week of continuous operation are different requirements. Give the planned delivery or collection time, the first work shift and the expected return time. Add the hours the machine will run each day. This lets the proposal address both the rental period and the operating arrangement.
Kyusen’s rental overview covers tower lights, compressors, rollers and generator sets. Daily, weekly and monthly enquiries use separate model-specific rates; a tower-light rate does not establish a generator or roller rate. Ask how your exact dates are charged, including a partial period or an extra day.
| Period requested | What to confirm in the proposal |
|---|---|
| Daily | The billing-day definition, minimum charge and agreed collection/return times. |
| Weekly | The covered dates, permitted use and rate for any extension beyond the agreed period. |
| Monthly | The covered dates, maintenance/access arrangements and how an early return or extension is charged. |
| Longer project | The schedule, quantity, phase changes and review of the equipment/package if the job changes. |
These are quotation checks. This page does not set a minimum hire, included operating hours, cancellation allowance or a refundable-deposit policy.
Compare the full cost rather than one headline rate
The tower-light rental price guides publish indicative daily, weekly and monthly estimates, with delivery and collection quoted separately. Use those guides for the identified lighting models and confirm condition, battery/charger package and availability. For other equipment, request the proposed model’s period rate and scope; no numerical genset, roller or compressor price is established by this guide. Published lighting-price scope
Keep these lines separate when comparing proposals:
- Equipment model, quantity, hire dates and agreed charging basis.
- Delivery, collection and any positioning or unloading arrangement.
- Fuel or charging, accessories, operator and connection/setup work.
- Taxes, deposit and other applicable charges, with payment and return conditions.
Ask which items are included, separately charged or supplied by your own team. A lower equipment-only rate may cover a different package. Obtain the written total for the same dates and scope before deciding.
Check the package by equipment category
| Equipment | Additional details to agree |
|---|---|
| Generator rental enquiry | Electrical rating at the required frequency and duty; load assessment; cables/distribution; switching/connection responsibility; fuel and support. Use the load-planning guide if the capacity is undecided. |
| Air compressor rental enquiry | Delivered flow at working pressure; hoses/couplings and tools; any required aftercooler or dry-air treatment; fuel and mounting arrangement. Use the tool-demand worksheet to prepare the application. |
| Roller rental enquiry | Exact model and operating-weight basis; site access; operator arrangement; material/project requirements; fuel and handover inspection. Use the roller hire checklist for the package. |
| Tower-light rental enquiry | Diesel or battery model; battery/charger or fuel arrangement; operating hours; placement and transport configuration. Use the lighting selection guide to discuss the zones. |
Kyusen’s published generator rental scope mentions electrical works and distribution/cable equipment. That establishes services to discuss, not automatic inclusion in every genset hire. The same principle applies to compressor tools and tower-light batteries: attach the agreed accessory list to the quotation.
Choose Rental in the category form when requesting hire. If you intend to buy, use the machinery purchase routes for new or secondhand enquiries and request a separate purchase offer. Hire estimates, accessories and return terms do not establish a sale price or package.
Give transport a site brief
Kyusen operates from Puchong, Selangor. Provide the full delivery address, site contact, arrival window and photographs of the access route. Identify the unloading point, narrow turns, overhead restrictions and any permit or booking required by the site. Ask who provides the vehicle, unloading and final positioning.
Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and other Malaysian locations can be discussed according to the selected unit, availability and transport arrangement. An enquiry location is not a promise of identical delivery coverage, lead time or transport cost for every machine. Confirm self-collection requirements with Kyusen before sending a vehicle.
Agree availability and reservation before scheduling the job
A catalogue listing and an enquiry form do not reserve equipment. Ask for the proposed machine, current availability and any substitution conditions. Confirm what constitutes an accepted booking, when payment or a deposit is required, and how a date change or cancellation will be handled.
Keep the unit identification and scope with the confirmation. If the model changes, review its specifications, access and accessories again rather than accepting the capacity or tonnage label alone.
Record handover, extensions and return
At handover, agree how the unit condition, accessories, operating instructions and any issues will be recorded. Ask whom to contact for a service problem and what support is included. The site team should identify a competent person for operating or connecting the equipment as appropriate to the job.
Before the scheduled end, ask how to request an extension and obtain the revised availability and charge. Also confirm the off-hire notification method, who arranges collection, the return location and time, fuel/charging or cleaning expectations, and how the condition and accessory list are checked. Do not assume that stopping work or sending a message automatically ends billing.
Use the detailed WhatsApp enquiry below as the reusable brief, or open the relevant rental category. Kyusen’s written proposal should settle the outstanding commercial terms for the actual equipment; this planning checklist does not replace that agreement.
Request an itemised rental proposal
Start with the job/equipment, location and proposed dates. Add quantity, daily hours, access and delivery/collection needs if known. Ask for the proposed unit, period rate, minimum hire and separately charged items; the model can be discussed if undecided.
